Return Policy

7-day returns. You can return or exchange your item within 7 days of receiving it.

Conditions: The item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with its original packaging (pouch, box, tags and care card).

Change of mind: If the item has no defects, the return shipping fee is paid by the customer.

Defective or damaged items: If your item arrives defective or damaged, the return is free. We cover the shipping and you can choose a replacement or a full refund.

How to return: Contact us on Instagram within 7 days of delivery, with your order number and photos if the item is defective. We’ll arrange the return with you.

Refunds: Once we receive and check the item, we’ll process your refund or exchange within a few days.
